The Hybrid Constitution Project
The Constitutional Project establishes the corporation as a constitutional architecture for organising property, power, authority, and information. Across six papers, it traces how legally constituted powers are distributed, exercised, constrained, and transformed within the modern corporation. It introduces a precise vocabulary for analysing institutional power: where it sits, what it governs, how deeply it reaches, and how it interacts with other powers.
This architecture makes visible the constitutional structures through which corporations generate institutional capacity, resilience, and wider economic consequence.
